TripCase

TripCase is a free consumer application that enables travelers to view and manage trips from any booking source, retrieve travel documents, and connect to the TripCase mobile app. TripCase can be downloaded free on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Using TripCase

Itineraries/e-ticket receipts are emailed by a GTA travel counselor to travelers in PDF documents and with a TripCase link to all documents. Travelers and travel arrangers can contact Global Travel Associates directly through the TripCase app, arrange an Uber ride, send receipts to the organization’s accounting department, etc. TripCase enables travelers to access their itineraries, e-tickets, and e-invoices on a smartphones and/or tablet. E-ticket receipts include the airline baggage policy for each flight booked. All itineraries and travel documents are stored for up to one year in TripCase, under “Past Trips” for effortless retrieval.
