Who We Are

Global Travel Associates (GTA) was founded in 2020 to provide corporations and travelers a unique, worldly, and personalized touch to travel management services. Our focus is to assist international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) whose objectives are to improve the quality of lives in developing nations. Our client portfolio heavily consists of INGOs in the areas of economics, health, education, politics, food, security, and relief/development.

New in name only, the GTA core management and service team have been working side by side for 20 years together, averaging 26 years tenure among the staff. Equally important, GTA’s top 15 accounts have been serviced by this awesome team for an aggregate 280 years - an average of 18 years per account! Service is delivering what we promise and quality is doing it right the first time.

GTA is devoted to helping NGOs, non-for-profits, businesses and other associations fulfill their travel needs. We ensure that all arrangements comply with the Fly America Act and subsequent amendments, the Federal and Joint Travel Regulations, prime and sub-contractor obligations, and other particular accounting requirements/documentations.

Tom Ollinger

Thomas “Tom” Ollinger, Managing Director, has four decades of travel management on his resume. Tom’s knowledge of travel regulations, such as the Fly America Act and Open Skies Amendment is unparalleled. Tom’s philosophy of flat line management enables him to maintain intimate contact with staff, stay close to the ‘heartbeat’ of clients’ needs, and keep abreast of the ever changing travel industry at the grass roots level.

Chris Van Dyke

Christine “Chris” Van Dyke is the Account Manager for Global Travel Associates. Chris has nearly 30 years experience within the industry and has a keen understanding of travel to and from Africa and developing countries. She is singularly dedicated to non-governmental organizations and corporate travel with sub-specialty in international and domestic conference group travel.

Marika Delgado

Marika is a 40 year veteran in the travel industry, and has teamed with Tom and Chris for the past 21 years. Throughout her career, she has managed travel for government agencies, nonprofits, law offices, and associations. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Based in Tucson, AZ, she is highly regarded for truly going above and beyond for each client she services.
